Tartuffe

Everyone knows that Tartuffe is a charlatan and a fraud. Everyone, that is, except the head of the house who’s been duped into believing Tartuffe is the pious man he claims to be. And that’s just fine with Tartuffe; it makes it much easier to pursue his unholy ambitions of lechery and luxury. It’s up to the rest of the household to stop Tartuffe before it’s too late in this razor-sharp, outrageous, laugh-out-loud comedy that is as relevant today as it was in 17th century France.
