Sailing the Amalfi Coast: A Yacht Dinner Experience captures the effortless elegance of southern Italy through a thoughtfully curated, four-course Mediterranean menu by Executive Chef Josh Zeman. Inspired by coastal traditions and the season’s finest ingredients, each course is designed to transport guests to a sunset dinner overlooking the sea.
The evening begins with vine-ripened tomatoes paired with arugula pesto, fresh mozzarella, and aged balsamic, followed by pasta al limone with zucchini, rock shrimp, and lemon agrumato. A Mediterranean branzino in aqua pazza with roasted baby potatoes serves as the main course, before concluding with a delicate sfogliatella filled with lemon and ricotta.
Setting the tone for the evening, DJ Evrsol will create a layered soundscape of classical and Mediterranean influences—evoking the rhythm and romance of Italy’s southern coast.
Sea Salt’s acclaimed wine and spirits program will be available throughout, offering curated selections to complement the experience.
