Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath

Join us for a transformative evening designed to reset your energy with clarity and balance. This unique workshop, guided by Price and Natalie B., combines Restorative Yoga with a Sound Bath.

What to Expect:

• Restorative Yoga: With the support of props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks, experience long-held, deeply nourishing shapes designed to invite the body and nervous system into a state of rest. Gentle guidance and spaciousness offer a place to soften, release effort, and simply be with the breath.

• Sound Bath: Experience the soothing vibrations of tuning forks, Crystal Bowls, Chimes, and more expertly used to harmonize your energy field and support emotional and physical balance. Natalie Batty is a certified Sound Bath practitioner.

This harmonious blend of movement and sound healing creates a powerful synergy, encouraging a state of profound relaxation and renewal. No prior yoga or sound healing experience is needed, just bring an open heart and a desire to reset.

Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot today and gift yourself the time to restore and rebalance.

We look forward to sharing this special journey with you!
